In Italy, shipping costs are free for amounts over 80 euros. For smaller amounts the shipping costs are 6 euros.
In Europe* the shipping costs amount to 12 euros.
In non-European Union countries** the shipping costs amount to 20 euros.

The Products indicated in the purchase proposal accepted by Malagrida will be shipped no later than 7 working days from the acceptance.
All purchases will be shipped by courier chosen by Malagrida. The goods will be delivered in 5-6 working days (from the day of shipment) for shipments to Italy, for shipments abroad delivery times vary according to the country of destination.
The Products will normally be delivered within 30 days of sending the purchase order for shipments to Italy. For shipments abroad, delivery times vary according to the country of destination.
In the event that the Customer places multiple orders for the Products, if possible Malagrida will deliver all the available Products ordered on the same day by charging a single shipping cost. Therefore it is possible that the shipment of a product could be delayed.
For the delivery of his purchases, the Customer can choose his residence or domicile, workplace, or the private address of a natural person of his choice or in charge of receiving.
For security reasons, deliveries will not be made to PO boxes and the order may not be processed.
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays.
Malagrida grants the Customer the right to freely return the Products purchased within 15 days of delivery to the consumer or to a third party authorized by the consumer of the Product (or of the last of the Products in the case of a single order involving multiple Products). The return does not affect the exercise of the right of withdrawal for the Consumer Customer.
For the purposes of the correct and timely exercise of the right of return, the Customer must send his express declaration of wanting to return the purchased products to the email address [email protected] or by registered mail sent to ‘address Via Liviabella, 2 – 62029 Tolentino (MC), at the K.A. Ecommerce Office.
The Customer must include the following data in his return communication: Name, Surname, the order number for which he intends to exercise the right of return.
The right of return may also be exercised only for one of the Products ordered.
The Customer must return the Products within the next 5 days from the date on which he sent the return notice to Malagrida.
Products purchased online or by telephone cannot be refunded or returned to physical stores, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Malagrida.
Unless otherwise communicated by Malagrida, the goods must be sent to the following address Via Liviabella, 2 – 62029 Tolentino (MC), to the K.A. Ecommerce office.
It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using an insured courier for the purpose of tracking the shipment.
The returned Products must be shipped in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and strength, with the purchase receipt attached.
The Products must be returned with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund.
The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refunded.
Returns of items purchased without following the above procedure will not be accepted.
Refund of sums
In case of exercise of the right of return, Malagrida will undertake to refund the sums to the Customer within 14 days from the date on which it received the return communication from the Customer. In any case, Malagrida may suspend the refund until it has received the goods sent back by the withdrawing Customer or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent back the goods within the terms.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Responsibility of the Customer in case of damaged Products
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract on condition that the Product is returned substantially intact. The Customer is responsible for the decrease in value of the Products resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning. If the Products have decreased in value, Malagrida reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products.
In this case, Malagrida will communicate it to the customer, who will be able, at his own expense, to receive the same Products delivered to Malagrida.
Malagrida will not be responsible for the refund or compensation of those returned Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
In the event that a Product is returned because it does not comply with the requirements or due to a request for replacement or exchange (e.g. change in the size of the product), the return costs will be charged to the customer. In other cases, once Malagrida has accepted the return, the costs of returning the Product will instead be borne by Malagrida only for shipments to Italy. For shipments abroad, the costs of returning the Product are charged to the customer.
