HOW TO BUY?

Buying on our site is quick and easy:

  1. browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in
  2. on the product information page, select your size and the color you prefer
  3. click on “ADD TO CART”
  4. a summary window will open, click on the cart and on the “PROCEED WITH THE ORDER” or “PAYMENT” button
  5. enter the shipping address and payment details and click on “PLACE ORDER”.

You can check and modify the contents of your cart at any time and you can choose the payment method you prefer.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay with:

  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PostePay)
  • PayPal, even in three interest-free installments
  • Cash on delivery (with an additional charge of 5€)

WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZE GUIDE?

On the product information page under the heading “Size guide” it is possible to consult a specific guide for the type of product.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE?

No, it is not necessary to be registered on our site to make purchases.
However, registering is fast, free, secure and allows you to access many advantages such as sending discount coupons, the latest news and gift ideas.

HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT COUPONS SENT TO ME VIA NEWSLETTER?

On the checkout page you will find a space dedicated to entering the discount code that was communicated via Newsletter. Then click on the “APPLY PROMOTIONAL CODE” button and you will be able to view the discount.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

In Italy, shipping costs are free for amounts over 80 euros. For smaller amounts the shipping costs are 6 euros.
In Europe* the shipping costs amount to 12 euros.
In non-European Union countries**, the shipping costs amount to 20 euros.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

The change is possible before the warehouse has processed the order. If you have changed your mind, we advise you to contact Customer Care immediately, who will check the status of your request.
In any case, within 14 days of delivery of the order you can request a return, for any reason. Find more information in SHIPMENT AND RETURNS e in GENERAL CONDITIONS.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE SHIPPING?

To follow the shipment of your order in real time on the courier’s website, you can request the Tracking Number from our Customer Care by sending a WhatsApp message to +39 0733 966 413, specifying the name and number of your order.
