What is the Malagrida Gift Card?
The Malagrida Gift Card is a prepaid voucher that can be used to make purchases on the Malagrida online shop. The Card doesn’t expired and can be used in a single solution until the credit runs out, or until it expires. It is not rechargeable and is not nominative.
Risk of loss and fraud
The risk of loss and the title of the Malagrida Gift Card pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the recipient. Malagrida Srl is in no way responsible for any theft of a Malagrida Gift Card or for fraudulent use of the same. Malagrida Srl reserves the right to close the account and request other forms of payment from customers who have used the Malagrida Card Gift Card obtained fraudulently.
Purchase Method
The Malagrida Gift Card can have a minimum value of Euro 50 (fifty) and a maximum value of Euro 150 (one hundred and fifty). The Malagrida Gift Card can be purchased on the Malagrida website through the page https://www.malagrida.it/en/gift-card/. Once the purchase is complete, the Malagrida Gift Card is sent to the recipient’s email address indicated by the purchaser (or to the purchaser himself) and/or to the physical address of the recipient of the voucher. The recipient must therefore have a valid email address and Internet access.
Limitations
The Malagrida Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. The Malagrida Gift Cards cannot be returned, recharged, resold, transferred for their value or redeemed for cash. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of Malagrida Gift Cards. The right of withdrawal is instead guaranteed, according to the normal terms of the law, for purchases paid for with the Malagrida Gift Card.
